Tata Punch actually scored 16.45 points out of 17 in adult occupants’ safety standards which enabled it to achieve 5 stars. Moreover, in child safety standards it scored 40.89pts out of 49pts enabling it to achieve 4 stars. All these data literally made Tata Punch to score the highest and even more than the Tata Altroz and the Mahindra XUV300.
The Tata Punch is based of ALFA architecture which is the same used in the Tata Altroz. The hatchback features standard safety tech’s as well which includes the standard ABS system, EBD, rear parking sensors etc.
Tata Punch features a 1.2L Revotron Petrol Engine which features 3 cylinders with 1199cc of displacement with a maximum power of 63kW@6000rpm and a maximum torque of 113Nm@3300+/-rpm. Moreover, it will come in both 5 speed Automatic as well as in Automatic transmission. It will feature only two drive modes as currently namely, Eco and City. For more Click Here.
