**Engine and Spec’s
With its Robust design ID LIFE also gets unique electric motor which produces around 172kW (234PS) Power giving it an ability to accelerate from 0-100 in around 6.9seconds. The vehicle is front wheel driven and is based on Volkswagen modular electric drive matrix (MEB).
Talking about the battery the ID LIFE Concept will is featuring a 57kWh high voltage battery which allows it to feature a range of 400km.
Same as the Renault Morphoz 2019 concept which has been uploaded in Prototype Series#1. Volkswagen claims that the air chamber textile and the front cover is made from 100% recycled PET bottles. Some of the technologies which is available in ID LIFE are:
- Pared down design
- Multifunctional interiors
- Innovative digital operative concepts: Under which the ORVM’s and IRVM’s are replaced by cameras. Moreover, the smartphone can be seamlessly linked with the operating system.
Above all the hype that Volkswagen have created in its reveal in Munich, the ID LIFE is still a prototype and all its features and technologies will not be sold as a whole. The technologies will be taken from this Prototype in Volkswagen EV’s from 2025. But one thing is the best about this is atleast we are evolving and looking for alternatives for fossil fuels. Moreover the last line which justifies from all these prototypes is atleast we making the better tomorrow more better.
